How It Works

Meeting with the Coach

We’ll start by meeting with the coach to gain a clear understanding of the team’s goals and challenges to ensure that the training aligns with their specific needs. Our goal is to identify and align with the team’s values and culture, creating a strategy that supports cohesion and growth. Having a detailed roadmap helps us outline actionable steps to enhance the team’s performance and overall success.

Team Assessments + Sessions

Number 2

Next, we’ll evaluate individual mental skills and provide reports to the individual athlete and coach. Once reports are in, we’ll facilitate weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions focused on core mental skills. We’re also available to attend practice and games to provide additional resources for individual athletes and for the team to address challenges.

Ongoing Feedback + Adjustments

Personalized feedback lets each player see their unique growth areas. We regularly review progress with the coach and team to keep the momentum strong.
