How It Works

Initial Assessment + Personalized Plan Development

We’ll start with a comprehensive mental performance assessment to identify your strengths and areas for growth. Using this data, we’ll create a customized Individual Development Plan (IDP) tailored to your sport, role, and personal goals.

Scheduled Sessions Based On Your Needs

Engage in biweekly one-on-one coaching sessions designed around your development plan. Each session includes targeted mental skills training, experiential exercises, and strategies you can immediately apply in practice and competition.

Ongoing Feedback + Adjustments

Stay on track with continuous support through our Mind Builder software, offering daily mental fitness workouts and progress tracking. Regular check-ins ensure your plan evolves with you, keeping your mindset sharp and your performance improving.
